Our Unique Design

The Cozy Fort Couch is made up of six foam pieces: two connected base cushions; two connected top cushions; two triangle support cushions and two large pillar bolsters, as seen below.

Our unique columns can be used as supports for new exciting builds, as rollers on the floor or for extra comfort when lounging.

Cozy Fort Couch is a kid's foam play couch made up of six modular pieces that allow for endless configurations for play.  

Dimensions: 

Full couch dimensions in standard configuration: 33” by 66” by 20.5”

Thick connected rectangular base cushions: 66" by 33" by 5.75";

Top connected rectangular cushions are 66" by 33" by 3.25";

Triangles: Side lengths of triangles: 13.5", height is 12", length is 22";

Pillar bolsters: 33" by 7" diameter.

Density and ILD: All pieces have a density of 1.9 lbs/ft3 (the higher then number, the more durable) and an Indentation Load Deflection of 45 lbs (this measure reflects the firmness). We find this to be the perfect combination of comfort for lounging and sturdiness for builds. What does ILD and density mean?  Want more information  about what this means, check out our info section. 

Shipping in Canada*:  Free for orders over $200 CAD. For orders under $200 there is a flat fee of $15 CAD.  

Shipping to the USA: We offer the best shipping rates to the US. FREE Shipping to the US with orders over $450 CAD and Only $25 CAD for orders over $200 CAD.  $15 flat rate for order below $200 CAD.

  • All pieces of the foam itself is covered with a protective cloth inner liner, to protect the foam from biting and tearing when the outer cover is removed.

Meet the founders

Thanks so much for visiting our store. We are a family-run Canadian business. We are a mama and daddy duo, Paris and Colin, who live in Greater Vancouver with our 4 kids, including identical twin toddlers. Yes, we have our hands full! We know personally how hard it can be to keep kids entertained while stuck at home without just resorting to screens. With two little boys who endlessly climb anything and everything, we needed to find a safe alternative to dancing on the kitchen table. This is where the idea for Cozy Fort couches was born!
